Getting Started

Create your account
Sign up at leza.delivery/sign-up. Make sure you have access to the email you use and a valid phone number for OTP.
Verify your account
Verify your account through the link sent to you from the platform.
Set your delivery address
Use the address component on the top tab. Search for your address, or pin the location on the map.

Using LEZA

Browse restaurants
Search by cuisine or restaurant and explore menus.
Add to cart & checkout
Customize items, review the cart, select delivery or collection. Choose your preferred currency.
Track your order
Track your order in the floating Order bubble.

FAQs

Where is my order?
Check order status on the site for live status and ETA. Contact the restaurant if needed.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued when an order is rejected by the restaurant. LEZA will process it ASAP.
How do I change my address?
Change addresses in the address section at the top of the browser.

Mobile money, cards, and cash on delivery where available.
Receipts
LEZA receipts are sent via email. Restaurants should also supply a receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when an order is rejected by the restaurant.

Live tracking is available on the site.
Driver issues
Contact the driver on the phone number quoted.

Common Issues

Missing/incorrect items
Please resolve directly with the restaurant for fastest resolution.
Order delays
Click Live Tracking and contact the driver or LEZA if ETA has passed.
Cancellations
We can't cancel orders at the moment. Please verify before checkout.
