Getting Started

Create your account
Sign up at leza.delivery/sign-up. Please make sure that you have access to the email you use to register and also have a valid phone number active to receive a One Time PIN.
Verify your account
Verify your account through the link sent to you from the platform.
Set your delivery address
Use the address component on the top tab. You can search for your address, or pin the location on your map if your address doesn’t pop up on the address search.

Using LEZA

Browse restaurants
Search by cuisine or restaurant and explore menus.
Add to cart & checkout
Customize items, review the cart, then select delivery or collection. You can also choose your preferred currency with dynamic currency selection.
Track your order
Track your order in the floating Order bubble.

FAQs

Where is my order?
Check order status on the site to check live status and ETA. If you need more information, you can contact the restaurant on their quoted phone number on their LEZA page.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued when an order is rejected by the restaurant. LEZA will work hard to make sure you are refunded as soon as possible.
How do I change my address?
You can change your address and set multiple addresses in the address section at the top of the browser.

Payments & Refunds

Accepted methods
Mobile money, cards, and cash on delivery where available.
Receipts
LEZA receipts are sent via email. Restaurants should also supply you with a receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when an order is rejected by the restaurant and must be approved. LEZA will work hard to make sure you are refunded as soon as possible.

Live tracking is available on the site.
Driver issues
Contact the driver on the phone number quoted.

Reset password
You can reset your password at leza.delivery/app/settings on the Profile tab.
Update details
You can update your details at leza.delivery/app/settings on the Profile tab.
Delete account
You can delete your account at leza.delivery/app/settings on the Security tab.

Promos & Loyalty

Coupon codes
Apply codes on the checkout screen before payment.
Rewards & referrals
Track rewards and invite friends from your Profile.

Common Issues

Missing/incorrect items
Please resolve directly with the restaurant as soon as possible for fastest resolution.
Order delays
Click on Live Tracking and contact the driver or LEZA if the ETA has passed.
Cancellations
We don't have the ability to cancel orders at the moment. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
